Following a rigorous review process, 87 papers were accepted from a record 175 submissions, yielding an acceptance rate of 49.7%. We extend our gratitude to all authors for their dedication, as well as to the Program Committee and reviewers for their exceptional work in selecting the most relevant papers. Special thanks also go to the invited speakers, whose presentations offered valuable insights into key issues, applications, and techniques pertinent to the conference themes.
