Finally, the art scene in Paris and London at the opening of the twentieth century is examined, with special reference to the creative union of Sickert, Bonnard and Vuillard, who were all contracted to Paris art-dealers Bernheim Jeune. Featuring works either exhibited in Britain or owned by British collectors at this time, Degas Sickert and Toulouse-Lautrec includes previously unseen works as well as lavish reproductions of some of the great acknowledged masterpieces of the period.
