Dr. McKinney has also taught at James Madison University (Virginia) and Angelo State University (Texas). He taught at UNCW from 1990-1999 and returned to UNCW in 2005. He has also traveled to Vietnam twenty times to teach Vietnamese business managers negotiating skills in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Vung Tau.
