In addition to his service at the Pentagon, Mr. Duncan has served as the Director of the Institute for Homeland Security Studies at the National Defense University, as a senior executive in two advanced technology companies, and as a federal criminal prosecutor. He is a combat veteran of the war in Vietnam and retired from the Navy with more than 41 years of active and reserve service.
