Dr. Peter Vincent Pry was the Executive Director of the EMP Task Force on National and Homeland Security, a Congressional Advisory Board dedicated to achieving protection of the United States from electromagnetic pulse (EMP), cyber attack mass destruction terrorism and other threats to civilian critical infrastructures on an accelerated basis. This "think piece" does not predict that a nuclear electromagnetic pulse (EMP) attaché is likely to occur between the national elections on November 8 and the next presidential inauguration on January 20.
