Mostly an eclectic mash up of Mexican, Italian, French, German alongside 1960s version of homecooking (using industrialized ingredients) as well as "traditional" fare. Superb piece of americana and regional cuisine. Unless otherwise noted all the citations in our Community Cookbook Catalog have octavo stiff card stock wrappers and plastic comb bindings typical of the specialty fundraising cookbook publishers (Morris, Fundcraft, etc).
