Very good condition. A very helpful introduction to the subject. "Most people either find insects fascinating or frightening. The fact that you own this book would indicate that you are one of the former. If this is true then this book is written for you. Entomologists are people who study insects. Professional entomologists can jokingly be classified into two main groups: those who conserve insects, trying to protect them from being damaged in any way (keepers of collections), and those who spend their lives trying to devise ways to destroy insects (pest controllers). The irony of the matter is that the former group concern themselves largely with dead insects while the latter deal with living ones.".
