First, Limited edition (this is No. 61 of only 150 copies containing an original work of art excuted in black ink and signed by the author on the half-title). A total of 1,000 copies were numbered and signed, but only the first 150, of which this is one, contained the original work of art. Signed a total of three times by the author: first under the original piece of art on the half-title entitled "Fisherman", next on the same page in a gift inscription to his friends Jerome and Marilyn, and lastly on the limitation page which is on the reverse of the half-title. Publisher's full black cloth, light blue lettering and decoration on spine and cover, illustrated endpapers. Illustrated with drawings by Charles Peterson. NB: Norbert George Blei (1935 2013) was an American writer of non-fiction, fiction, and poetry. Blei was a Chicago teacher and author who relocated to Ellison Bay, Door County. Wisconsin after a career in Chicago, becoming a social commentator and patron of the arts in addition to teaching and writing. In 1994, he established Cross+Roads Press, dedicated to the publication of first chapbooks by poets, short story writers, novelists and artists. .
