Written by a specialist dealer in country clocks, this useful reference covers the stylistic development of Westmorland clocks, the influences on their design, and how certain makers dominated the trade. There is also a full list of known makers from the area. Dustwrapper clean and bright but partially sunned to cover and spine without loss to clarity of titles etc.Two faint shadows of paperclips to wrapper cover top edge. Cloth and text clean and tight. Fine in VG dustwrapper.

Internally clean, no annotation or inscriptions - signed by author to title page; slight toning to page-ends but text and illustrations bright and clear throughout. Not an old library book. Signed.
