This book may not be a credible reference on the subject. Alarmingly the author is quoted as saying "I am not a creationist, but to be uncritical about science is to make it into a dogma". 'Ketterwell was a British doctor who caught butterflies and moths as an all-consuming hobby. His work became a fixture in textbooks for half a century.
