The Nuclear Weapons Complex (NWC) is transforming to become more efficie…nt and effective with a desired end state being the "2030 Vision" (DOE/NA-0013). One of the principal transformation goals is to improve overall performance of the NWC through integration efforts that will benefit the entire enterprise (NNSA and the M&Os). Integration improvement efforts throughout the NWC are being periodically evaluated to ensure that planned results are achieved. This NWC Integration Survey was developed and deployed to establish a baseline that may be used to assess future progress. The results of this and subsequent surveys will be used by NNSA in developing recommendations and action plans to ensure integration efforts and improvements are coursing throughout the NWC. The survey methodology enabled tracked various metrics as can be seen in the attached graphical results. Recommendations for any desired changes for subsequent surveys are included. The NWC Integration Survey focused on obtaining feedback from NNSA and M&O contractor personnel involved in 'Weapons Activities' throughout the NWC regarding the current status of integration efforts and activities as they related to achieving Complex 2030. The survey was comprised of six demographic questions, seventeen multiple choice, and five open-ended core questions. A pilot survey was utilized to refine the questions and added several additional questions. The actual survey questions are included in the Appendix to this report.
