Dr. Wright's husband, the late Charles H. Wright, was a celebrated philanthropist and founder of the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History in Detroit. Dr. Wright's account of the bus boycott of 1955 that saw Rosa Parks catapulted into civil rights history, with a foreword by L. Douglas Wilder, ex-Governer of Virginia. Signed.
