This copy SIGNED by Bly on the title page. One of 1000 copies in the paper issue. Near fine copy in an about very good dust jacket which is worn at corners, minor soiling, toning. Bob Lundegaard, a well-known film critic for the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, was the source of the name Jerry Lundegaard, played by William H. Macy in the Coen Brothers (Joel and Ethan) film, Fargo. "When Bob saw the film at a screening with the Coen Brothers present, Bob jokingly said to them 'You'll be seeing my lawyers in the morning'" (IMDb).
