Hull tradujo, editó y comentó, añadiéndose más material tras su muerte en 1974. CARL GUSTAV JUNG (1875-1961), psiquiatra y psicólogo suizo, fue el fundador de la escuela de Psicología Analítica. Hijo de un clérigo protestante, desarrolló durante su solitaria niñez una inclinación para soñar y fantasear que influyeron en gran medida en su trabajo posterior. Después de graduarse en Medicina en 1902 y con un profundo conocimiento en Biología, Zoología, Paleontología y Arqueología, inició sus investigaciones sobre el Test de Asociación de Palabras anteriormente desarrollado por Wundt. Estos estudios le dieron renombre internacional y lo condujeron a una colaboración estrecha con Freud. Vintage double weight satin.-finish portrait photograph of William Anthony McGuire by photographer Ray Jones, circa 1935, with a mimeo snipe and Jones' photographer's stamp on the verso. From the archive of noted Hollywood still photographer Ray Jones. Born in Wisconsin on January 1, 1901, Jones worked for Paramount Pictures in…the early 1930s, and went on to be the head of the still photography department at Universal Pictures in 1935, where he worked well into the 1950s. William Anthony McGuire was a noted playwright, theatre director, and producer and screenwriter, with 38 film credits from 1912 to 1941, primarily as screenwriter but also as producer and writer of the source material. Of note is the mimeo snipe on the verso of the photograph stating McGuire will "produce 'The Great Ziegfield' for Universal." McGuire did not produce the 1936 film but wrote the screenplay, and was the only screenwriting credit which earned McGuire an Academy Award Best Picture nomination. McGuire wrote, directed, and produced the films "Twelve Miles Out" (1925) and "If I Was Rich" (1926), and wrote and directed "Rosalie" (1928), "Whoopee!" (1928), "The Three Musketeers" (1928), and "Show Girl" (1929). 8 x 10 inches. Near Fine.
