The last page states "100 copies - August 1937. This one for David M. Glixon. Will Ransom." Glixon was a longtime bookman (publishing, author, poet) who lived in Ardsley, New York, not that far from the last location of the Village Press in Marlborough, New York. A fine, clean copy otherwise, but without the wrapper.

This is a letter to Edward Martin Moore, of The Pony Barn Press at Warrenville, Illinois, discussing some borrowed private press material, and how to handle it differently in the future. 3 paragraphs. There is a holographic, two-line postscript about the Prairie Press, signed by Ransom. This is, no doubt, Carroll Coleman's Prairie Press at Iowa City.
