Folio (355 x 250 mm), original decorative wrappers (light staining, short edge tears - one closed with tape); 2 pp music notation (arrangement for voice and piano); contents clean. Very scarce piece of sheet music, being the first edition of the Queensland Country Women's Association's "creed", written by American Presbyterian Howard Arnold Walters.
