The next is titled "A Deflection Formula for Single-Span Beams of Constant Section Subjected to Combined Axial and Transverse Loads". 24 pages. Section 3 is titled "Remarks on the Elastic Axis of Shell Wings". 10 pages. Each section is followed by multiple figures and tables. The entire volume, with original covers, has a later library binding. Gutters at front and back reinforced with white cloth. One library stamp and some writing in pen on the front free endpaper. Pages within are clean and free of foreign markings. Light rubbing to covers. Comes from a large collection of technical memorandums from the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics before the committee was abolished upon creation of NASA in 1958.
