Also, with an interesting presentation on the front endpaper (not by author & in Latvian), stating this is an award-winning book of the Cultural Foundation and that it was a two-year project by a great Latvian patriot. There is a large signature on the same page but in an unknown hand. The book is about Latvian art and exhibitions in Paris & London. An uncommon book, especially signed by the author.
