Still, the portfolio (inside) is SIGNED TWICE BY FAMOUS DETROIT ARCHITECT LOUIS KAMPER including once with the date "May 15 1917". Kamper was responsible for most of Downtown Detroit's Washington Boulevard (including the newly renewed Book Tower and Book Cadillac Hotel), along with several Grosse Pointe mansions, etc.
