Joan of Arc (Jeanne d'Arc c. 1412 - 30 May 1431) The Maid of Orléans or Maid of Lorraine, is considered a heroine of France for her role during the Lancastrian phase of the Hundred Years' War, and was canonized as a saint.

Her co-author, Richard Carnac Temple, was an Indian-born English administrator and anthopologist. A good copy with some light soiling to the covers. The spine is worn at the tips and is split at the upper right side. There is a small ink number on the title page else the text is very good with some light tanning. Scarce.
