Rare surviving item of Space Shuttle and Hubble Space Telescope souvenir/tangible ephemeral item. One side has six images in one holographic view and eight images when shifted. The other side has a plastic pocket with the words Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp. and has space for a name and address slip to be put in, enabling this item to serve as a luggage tag. There is a plastic loop that can be used to attach to a luggage handle. The eight images side has the Ball industry name and logo, a statement 'Agility to innovate, Strength to deliver" and the designation Servicing Mission 4. The Hubble Space Telescope was reborn with Servicing Mission 4 (SM4), the fifth and final servicing of the orbiting observatory. During SM4, astronauts installed two new scientific instruments the Cosmic Origins Spectrograph (COS) and Wide Field Camera 3 (WFC3). Two failed instruments, the Space Telescope Imaging Spectrograph (STIS) and the Advanced Camera for Surveys (ACS), were brought back to life by the first ever on-orbit repairs.
