Sole edition, 4to, 64, (72, 8) pp. Numerous plans and black and white photographic illustrations. Original cloth backed boards, corners and spines ends worn. In three sections - "Cottages for Rural and Urban Workers," "A Colony of Houses for Munition Workers" and "An Urban Housing Scheme", this last covering the Duchy of Cornwall estate in Kennington.

Zustand: Good. Most items will be dispatched the same or the next working day. A copy that has been read but remains in clean condition. All of the pages are intact and the cover is intact and the spine may show signs of wear. The book may have minor markings which are not specifically mentioned. A good condition book. Undated but estimated 1917 or 1918 judging by a 1918 stamp on the preliminaries. An ex-library copy with the usual amount of stamps. No dust jacket. An edition with red black-lettered cloth covers and a black cloth spine. Heavy shelf wear and some loss to the book corners and splitting to the board edges. A strip of sunfading to the top of the front board. The spine has some splits. The binding is slackening but still reliable, and there are a few half-length cracks to the guttering at the beginning of the book, and a crack to the guttering beside the rear advertisements. The contents are in lovely shape for their potential century-plus age, and while they show some toning and dusty marks to the margins, the main body of text is unfaded and tidily kept.
