Unbound. Zustand: Near Fine. Pin-back button measuring 1¼" in diameter. Hint of rubbing, else fine. Button produced in support of Percy E. Sutton, who served in the New York State Assembly (1965-1966). He became the highest ranking African-American elected official in New York City after being elected Manhattan Borough president (1966-1977) and ran for mayor in 1977. Previously he was active in the Civil Right Movement as a Freedom Rider and lawyer to Malcolm X and his wife.

Only fault of any significance is rubbing of the titles to spines and light shaking. Other minor issues noted below. Complete with heavily worn and crudely repaired original slipcase, branded 'The Piccaninnies Library' to lid. Topsy In Toyland: final page of text has some surface loss and small mark to board.
