Internally, inscription of fixed endpaper, dated 1959, occasional minor spotting. Pages clean. A nice copy. Size: 8vo.

Ink marking on rear pastedown, crease on the front fly, a couple small soil marks on rear board, very good in a very good dust jacket with chips and tears (affecting a bit of text at the crown), and small soil marks on the rear panel. Voting records from members of Congress and their speeches which editor Rex Stout argues were pro-Nazi propaganda. Sullivan states in the introduction that this collection is "a sorry record of stupidity in high places.".
