Spartan, at first sight, bears a strong resemblance to Futura (with a flattened A and V), but is also very similar to Goudy's Copperplate Gothic (ATF 1901) and many other founts, Lining Plate Gothic (Ludlow) Mimosa (Weber snd Typoart) and Atalante (Nebiolo).

The presumed date i s1969, it has laminated card covers with Black lettering and photography to front and rear, in extremely good condition for its age. Internally: very clean and bright with black and white illustrations. 16 pp. The other is entitled the A book of Scripts and Rondes, and is effectively a list of typefaces but only those in script style, It is undated but probably much the same period as the other item. This one has a matt card covers with black lettering. It is extremely clean and bright both externally and internally.Unpaginated.
