This book is a useful reference for anyone interested in the life and work of the poet, artist and gardener Ian Hamilton Finlay (1925-2006). It brought together for the first time a wide range of printed texts, as well as a series of photographs of the Stonypath garden together with an extensive bibliography, and a biographical sketch of the artist's career.
