Wraps. Zustand: Good. Photocopied zine, single staple at the upper left hand corner. 8 ½ by 11 inches. 16 pp., including covers. Poorly reproduced photos throughout. Jon Ginoli founded Hoopla in 1977, and went on to perform in a few punk rock acts, perhaps most notably Pansy Division a queercore band within the punk genre (see Wikipedia). This issue primarily devoted to rock acts, instead of punk, including Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Peter Tork of the Monkees at CBGBs, Screamin' Jay Hawkins, etc. One article, devoted to ugly bands, discusses The Darned, Mother Humpers, and Guttersnipe. GOOD+ condition. Minor browning. Light creasing at the corners.

Wraps. Zustand: Good. Photocopied zine, stapled along the left hand edge. 8 ½ by 11 inches. 20 pp., including covers. Poorly reproduced photos throughout. Issue seven, this containing mostly pieces on punk and new wave acts. Perhaps most notable is a lengthy review and commentary on the Sex Pistols concert at Winterland in San Francisco. This was to be their last concert before breaking up. Written by Donny Flippy, the piece provides a positive review of the show, as well as of the Sex Pistols, with a short editor's note at the end mentioning the Sex Pistols break up as the zine went to press. Other articles review the Talking Heads and the Modern Lovers live, the Tadpoles, etc. GOOD condition. Vertical fold crease present. Minor to moderate browning. Light soiling.
