On the winding paths my life intersected with Africans in many areas. Sometimes the path led through the wards of the hospital as people lay recuperating f…rom an illness. Some I met while teaching a class of nurses. Yet at other times it would be along winding roads as I went to their church services. Sometimes providing assurance at a kraal where I came to see someone who needed transport to the hospital. Later the winding roads led to a large city and sitting in churches not made of mud, but out of brick. After thirty-six years of traveling the winding roads of Zululand, God led us to the cobblestone streets of Prague, where we traveled there for eight years. We switched from a pickup truck, to no car at all, to traveling on an underground metro system (no dust), buses, and trams. However, the purpose for now living in Prague remained the same; to reach people with the gospel. Chuck & Bev ministered overseas with The Evangelical Alliance Mission (TEAM) for a total period of 44 years.
