70 vintage black-and-white still photographs from the 1959 UK film. Mimeograph snipes affixed to the versos of 2 stills, with distributor rubber-stamps. Photographer Lucas' rubber-stamp on the verso of 2 stills. Laurence Harvey stars as Johnny Jackson, a sleazy talent agent who discovers teenager Bert Rudge (Cliff Richard) singing in a coffee house. Jackson exploits the young singer, who only wants to play bongos, and their relationship turns sour. Generally considered a classic B-movie, so bad it's good. A story set in New York, shot on location in London and Surrey, England. 8 x 10 inches, some slightly largerr. Slight faint foxing, with a tiny closed tear here and there, else Near Fine.
