The pictorial card covers have a light hint of surface wear to front top corner tip and along the spine edges - the spine itself remains uncreased however. Sime's 'The Zagabog' that was first printed in the 1898 Christmas number of the magazine 'Black and White: A Weekly Illustrated Record and Review', and was also used on page 4 of Eden Philpotts book 'Fancy Free', published by Methuen in 1901 (please note that the photos from the book and the magazine are for illustrative purposes only and neither the book nor the magazine is included within the sale). Condition: The print is on paper. Limited edition, numbered in pencil 58/70. No tears, a few crease marks to edges. Slight stains and marks - please see the photos. The print measures approx. 34cm x 24cm. The paper measures approx. 43.5cm x 28cm.
