It must be said that uninscribed copies of Severn's works are probably scarcer than inscribed ones, being promoted at his Brighton base. Virtually the last serious U.K. phrenological practitioner. A routine run through of the doctrine though the chapter on 'National Heads' is highly amusing (rates the Welsh very highly).
