Other chapters deal with identification, migration, the law, etc. Seven coloured plates, nearly sixty black and white photographs, and many line drawings and diagrams add their contribution to making this one of the most authoritative and detailed picture of wildfowling at national and local levels ever published. The blue boards have a little staining to the base, and the text block has light foxing. The D/j has wear and small nic's to the head and base of the spine.
