A near fine copy in wrappers and with a signature on the title page from 2002 that is possibly the artist's but I'm not sure. So priced as if it's not.

Schoenfeld assembled a panoply of authentic circus performers, tents, costumes and vehicles -- even a live elephant named Thai -- to descent one day on a vacant lot in Los Angeles for a massive photo shoot exploring the circus as a metaphor for the human psyche. Schoenfeld's collection of dream-like color photos was inspired by myth and he memory of the American circus of the Depression Era.
