Neuware -L'objectif de cet ouvrage est de mettre en évidence le rôle de la TEP/CT dans l'évaluation du carcinome hépatocellulaire post-thérapeutique, afin de guider le clinicien vers une stratégie de gestion appropriée. Notre étude a inclus 35 patients (32 hommes et 3 femmes). Tous les patients avaient des antécédents de traitement local du CHC ; la plupart des cas ont été traités par TACE ou RFA, la TACE étant la principale thérapie non opératoire pour les CHC intrahépatiques de grande taille ou avancés, tandis que la RFA était la principale thérapie non opératoire pour les petits CHC. Les données de notre étude ont montré que la TEP/TDM, en tant que modalité d'imagerie métabolique, pouvait évaluer l'effet thérapeutique et la valeur pronostique chez les patients atteints de CHC post-thérapeutique.
