Listings consist of illustrations of the item and its components, accompanied by a description that gives specifications about those components, as well as details regarding the construction, manufacture and operation of the whole. Table below, or labeled technical diagram, contains physical dimensions for the item and its components. Four pages of additional tool listings are tucked in between pages 8 and 9. One or two stains on back cover. Light wear and curling to edges and corners of covers. Stray pencil marking to front cover, which also bears a cataloging number, written in ink, and stamps from the Franklin Institute of Philadelphia; stamp with date (February 15, 1922) indicates its date of receipt by that institution.
