Red paper DJ with black and white lettering and border. Measures 4.5 x 6.5". Date on the title page is 1987. 573 pages. Fold-out map in good condition in the back. Book is in good condition. The binding is strong, though shelf cocked. The corners and crown and foot of the spine are lightly bumped but the covers are quite clean. Book smells slightly of smoke, though rather weakly - I suspect that will air out. The pages inside are clean and unmarked. The DJ is unmarked as well, though a bit rubbed, especially along the edges. This is from the Loeb Classical Library series, and contains, like all the volumes in this series, a classical work in Latin on the left pages and an excellent English translation on the right pages. This volume is No. 404 in the Loeb Classical Library.
