Hardcover. Zustand: Very Good. Zustand des Schutzumschlags: Very Good. 1st Edition. ART FROM THE PARKS 74 ARTISTS CELEBRATE NORTH AMERICA S NATIONAL PARKS 2000 1ST DJ. I am pleased to offer: Art from the Parks, edited by Rachel Rubin Wold. The subtitle of this book explains it succinctly and I cannot do better, to wit: 74 Artists Celebrate North America s National Parks and Outdoor Scenes in Majestic Grandeur, edited by Rachel Rubin Wolf. This large hard cover and oblong book (12 ¼ x 9 ¼ inches, 144 pages) was published by North Light Books of Cincinnati, Ohio and dated 2000, the First Edition/First Printing according to my reading of the codes on the copyright page. The book is bound in dark blue boards with white titles on the spine and protected by a glossy, pictorial dust jacket. It is, as the title promises, a stunning collection of color paintings and renderings of various kinds, amazing throughout. Condition: This book is in very good condition. The dust jacket shows some minor edge wear, mainly wrinkles but with some very mild fraying to the paper at the spine tips. The hard covers are clean and bright with a few tiny specks of white on each side and some light bumping to the corners and spine tips. Inside, a former owner, himself a late well-known and respected artist, left his address label on the front endpaper. Otherwise, the book is unmarked and unblemished inside and the pages and plates are clean and bright throughout. Both hinges are intact, and the binding is tight and sound. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
