The book is bound in the original blue cloth covered boards with gold titling on the spine. The case of the book is in very good condition with shelf wear and light soiling to the boards. The spine ends are bumped and there are creases in the cloth around the bottom corner of the rear board. The contents are tight and clean with a handwritten amendment made to an item on pages 7, 8, and 67. The free endpapers are browned with a name written on the front free endpaper and a clipping with 6information about Roderick Ross has been attached to the front fixed endpaper.
