Tight and VG+ to Near Fine in its navy-blue cloth, with one small, neat inscription at the verso of the front free endpaper. And in a crisp, price-intact, easily VG+ dustjaket, with light scuffing along the rear panel's fore-edge and several tiny closed tears at the panel edges. Still though, appealing and very presentable. And nicely illustrated throughout by Robert Lee Eskridge himself, the renowned American genre painter, muralist and illustrator (1891-1975).
