This second edition has been revised and enlarged, amplifying particularly the references to housing and public works. The book is bound in the original illustrated paper covered boards. The case of the book is in near very good condition with shelf wear and some light soiling on the covers and a small bit of loss to the spine ends. There is some damage and a little loss to the paper covering the spine and parts have been covered with clear professional book repair tape. Bumps and damage to thebottom of the boards have also been neatly repaired with document repair tape. The contents are tight and clean with no inscription.
