Housed in contemp. folio pamphlet box. J. Rogers Rees, 1856-1924, was a Welsh banker from Pembroke Dock, a writer, collector & enthusiast for Charles Lamb and William Wordsworth in particular. He wrote a number of 'books on books', essays &c. including Recollections, Diversions, Pleasures of a Book-Worm, 3 vols., 1885-86 and The Brotherhood of Letters, 1889.
