Multiple sections bound together in library binding; each section individually paginated. Sections are numbered as follows: 695, 430, 361, and 457 -- published, respectively, in 1939, 1927, 1931, and 1933. The first section is titled "The Effects of Some Common Surface Irregularities on Wing Drag". 19 pages. The next is titled "Effects of Roughness on Airfoils". 6 pages. Section 3 is titled "The Effect of Small Variations in Profile of Airfoils". 9 pages. The last section is titled "The Aerodynamic Characteristics of Airfoils as Affected by Surface Roughness", 10 pages. Each section is followed by multiple figures and tables. The entire volume, with original covers, has a later library binding. Gutters at front and back reinforced with white cloth. Comes from a large collection of technical memorandums from the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics before the committee was abolished upon creation of NASA in 1958.
