She is dedicating her retirement to exploring the greatest teacher who ever lived, Jesus Christ.Carol received her B.S. in Education degree at Youngstown State University, her MA at Westminster College, and her Ed.D. from The University of Akron.Dr. Ramsay and her husband, Keith, have been married 54+ years and currently live in Perry, OH.
