L'area soggetta a ristagno d'acqua è stata rilevata nelle due sottodivisioni del distretto di Darbhanga. I blocchi delle sottodivisioni di Darbhanga e Biraul hanno un'area di intasamento di 21.899 ettari e 20.383 ettari rispettivamente. Il piano di drenaggio superficiale per i blocchi delle sottodivisioni di Darbhanga e Biraul è stato espresso mostrando le principali linee di drenaggio e gli sbocchi, sulla base del confronto di diverse mappe tematiche. In den Blöcken der Unterdivisionen Darbhanga und Biraul beträgt die Staunässe 21.899 ha bzw. 20.383 ha. Der Plan für die Oberflächenentwässerung in den Blöcken der Unterdivisionen Darbhanga und Biraul wurde auf der Grundlage eines Vergleichs verschiedener thematischer Karten mit den wichtigsten Entwässerungsleitungen und Abflüssen erstellt. Es wurden auch nützliche Maßnahmen vorgeschlagen, um den Entwässerungsplan aktiv umzusetzen.
