(Al Emmett Fostell was apparently a retailer of some sort involved in Lincolniana, for in 1904 he published "A Rare and Valuable Collection of relics of Historical Interest in connection with our Martyr President Abraham Lincoln from the Cradle to the Grave Loaned by Bro.
