Index includes many international dishes, including American, German, English, Indian, Italian, Austrian and Hungarian, Russian and Polish, Spanish, Turkish, and others such as Presian, Chinese, etc. Leather-grained cloth over flexible boards, pages with tabbed edges, 527 pages. Heavily worn (was at one time used by a cook for the German Army during World War I), edges chipped, pages age-toned with a few "x" marks in some margins, but sound overall. Stamp of Christian Neupert, Wurzburt, Spezial Buchhandlung fur die Hotel-Industrie, on the front free endpaper, along with a name handwritten above. Flexible Boards.
