In the years 1977-1982 Skapski studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow. He was co-founder existing since 2001 Azorro Supergroup. Since 2002 lecturer at the Faculty of Industrial Arts in Krakow. In 2006 he received his doctorate with a specialisation in photography at the Faculty of Multimedia Communications Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan. He lives and works in Krakow. Member of the P.B.F.A.
