Stephens Research Fellow, Dr Andy Florescu, convinces him that it would be unethical to deliver the unknown genetically modified (GM) organism to the company, and they agree to analyse it to find out what it contains. Before that can happen though, Stephens sudden death, and the theft of the GM material from the laboratory, prompt Andy to go into hiding, in fear for his own life. Is the GM organism a global threat? Who was responsible for stealing it from the laboratory? And where is Andy Florescu?
