Publisher's original quarter black morocco, backstrip gilt lettered, patterned black, purple and white vertically striped boards to a Bawden design, t.e.g., colourprinted proof pull by Bawden, numbered, signed and titled by him 'Nekayah, Rasselas & Imlac', loosely inserted in a titled orange card portfolio, the book and portfolio housed together in a matching orange board slipcase. The book was designed by John and Griselda Lewis, printed and bound of the Scolar Press. The paper is Glastonbury Book Antique Laid 120 gm2. The book has been set in 12/14 point Monotype illustrations by Bawden. A book in Very Good condition, a portfolio and proof pull both in Fine condition, all housed in a Very Good slipcase.
