Signed by Chet Atkins' in black ink on title page. Some loosening to the spine but the contents are fine. Illustrated on every page with photographs from Atkins' life. Fine/very good Atkins revolutionised and popularised country music, creating what became known as the Nashville sound. He played on hundreds of hit songs, including those of Elvis Presley and the Everly Brothers. His own albums sold more than 75 million copies. When asked how he felt about being a globally celebrated guitarist, he deftly replied: "it beats working". Atkins' signature is uncommon.
